These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, services, and products, including puja services, temple puja arrangements, puja kits, and pilgrimage packages. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions:

“Company” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Dharam Karam, its proprietors, affiliates, employees, and authorized representatives.
“User” / “You” refers to any person accessing or using Dharam Karam’s services.
“Services” include personalized puja bookings, temple puja facilitation, puja kits, pilgrimage packages, and other related offerings.
“Concessionaire” refers to third-party service providers, including priests, temples, logistics providers, and travel agencies engaged for service fulfillment.

2. Eligibility:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• The information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. Puja Services (Home & Temple):

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper arrangements.
• We will assign a qualified and verified pandit, but user preferences for specific pandits may be subject to availability.
• Users must provide a clean and appropriate space for home pujas.
• Puja materials (samagri) are included/excluded as per the chosen package.

3.1 Cancellation & Refund Policy (Puja Services):

• Cancellation within 24 hours of puja date: No refund.
• Cancellation before 24 hours: 50% refund after deduction of administrative charges.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (pandit unavailability, temple restrictions), we will reschedule or provide a refund.

4. Puja Kits:

• All puja kits are curated with high-quality, authentic materials.
• Due to the sacred nature of these products, no returns or exchanges are allowed once the package is opened.

5. Pilgrimage Packages:

• Packages include travel, accommodation, VIP darshans, and guided tours, as per the chosen itinerary.
• Users must adhere to all government regulations, temple guidelines, and travel restrictions.

6. User Responsibilities:

• You shall not misuse our platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
• You must follow religious sanctity and respect the traditions associated with our services.
• Dharam Karam is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or issues caused by third-party service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability:

We act as a facilitator and shall not be liable for errors, omissions, misconduct, or negligence by third-party pandits, temples, or travel partners. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or inconvenience during pilgrimage travels. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

8. Intellectual Property Rights:

All content, trademarks, and service descriptions on our platform are the exclusive property of Dharam Karam. Users shall not copy, distribute, or misuse any material for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law:

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably through discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, India. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts in [City, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Privacy Policy:

We collect personal data only for service fulfilment. Data is protected as per the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules, 2011. We do not share user information with third parties, except for necessary service delivery.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions:

Dharam Karam reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
